To the extent your submission includes reproductions of prior works created by you, such materials shall be deemed co-owned by you and Titans Outreach.

If payment for a course is declined, our system will automatically revoke access to the premium materials. (We understand—this often happens due to an expired credit card.) We will make every effort to contact you and assist in resolving the issue. Once the billing issue is addressed, access will be promptly restored.

Titan Outreach may host message boards, chats, and other public forums on its Sites. Users who fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement may be expelled from, and denied future access to, the message boards, chats, or other public forums. Titans Outreach or its designated agents may remove or modify any user-generated content at any time and for any reason.
Message boards, chats, and other public forums are intended as discussion spaces for users and subscribers. The information and content posted within these forums may be provided by Titans Outreach staff, external contributors, or users who may use anonymous usernames. Titans Outreach expressly disclaims any responsibility for and endorsement of the opinions, advice, information, or statements made or displayed in these forums by third parties. We are also not responsible for any errors or omissions in such posts or for any hyperlinks embedded in the messages. Under no circumstances will we, our affiliates, suppliers, or agents be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information obtained through these forums. The opinions expressed within these forums are solely those of the participants and do not reflect the views of Titans Outreach or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
Titan Outreach is under no obligation to monitor the content or postings on message boards, chat rooms, or other public forums on the Site. However, you acknowledge and agree that we have the absolute right to monitor these areas at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to modify, edit, refuse to post, or remove any content, in whole or in part, for any reason. As part of our programs, we occasionally provide access to an online community. We aim to create a valuable space where each member contributes positively. Our goal is to ensure that our community is the most valuable one you are a part of. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove any member at any time. While this action is rare, we want to emphasize how seriously we take the integrity of our communities.
Registration

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in Texas, United States of America. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions."
